Aditi Sharma

Life Science Strategy Advisor

Aditi Sharma founded Talon Group Consulting to give senior life science leaders a clear answer to a hard question: where does technology belong in the decision in front of them, and where doesn't it?

For more than a decade, she has advised pharma, biotech, medtech and life science tools companies on growth and launch strategy, digital health and partnership choices, and AI and technology investments inside regulated functions. Her clients have included teams at Merck, Moderna, Abbott, Danaher, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, GSK and Bristol Myers Squibb.

Before founding the firm, she was a Senior Consultant at North Highland and a Business Analyst at Accenture. She holds graduate degrees in biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and in biomedical engineering from Carnegie Mellon, so she reads the science, the data and the business case with equal care.

She writes Talon Catalyst, an executive newsletter on where technology changes strategy in the life sciences. She also serves as President of Corporate Relations for the New England chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.
