Talon Group Consulting ("Talon Group Consulting," "we," "our" or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.talongroup.consulting, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.

• Contact form: your name, email, organization, an optional LinkedIn profile, your message and whether you want to receive Talon Catalyst.
• Research question form: your name, email, your suggested question and, if you choose, your company and LinkedIn profile.
• Survey notifications: your name, email, organization and job title, used to tell you when a study opens.
• Research studies: when a study is open, the information each study asks for. Each study explains what it collects and why before you start.
• Technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which our hosting and font providers receive when pages load.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry or research suggestion.
• To send Talon Catalyst, only if you ask for it.
• To shape and report on our research. Study findings are published only in aggregate and never identify individuals or organizations without permission.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of trusted providers, each bound by its own privacy terms:

• Wix hosts this site and stores form submissions.
• beehiiv runs the Talon Catalyst newsletter.
• Make passes your details to beehiiv when you ask to subscribe.
• Tally hosts our research questionnaires when a study is open.
• Google Fonts and Fontshare deliver the fonts used on this site.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider and the forms may use strictly necessary browser storage to deliver pages and submit forms securely. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser settings.

Email

If you subscribe to Talon Catalyst, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue. If you contact us, we will only use your details to respond and continue that conversation.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@talongroup.consulting and we will respond promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and research suggestions only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
